with Jeremy Tummel of La Paloma SB
Join us as we kick off our Chef in Residence dinner series with Jeremy Tummel of La Paloma Cafe.
This intimate, multi-course dinner will take place in the Fess Parker Winery fireplace room. We’ll celebrate the harvest season with Chef Jeremy’s thoughtfully designed, seasonal menu paired with Fess Parker wines. We hope you’ll be able to join us for what’s sure to be a very special culinary experience in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Local Halibut Ceviche
Avocado Serrano Salsa, Anchovy Aioli, finger lime, Crispy Tortilla
Oak Seared Bluefin Tuna
Charred Oak Syrup, Lentils With Brown Butter and Black Truffle, Crispy Mushrooms
Oak Grilled Wagyu Tri Tip

ABOUT CHEF JEREMY:
Well-known throughout the Central Coast, Jeremy’s experience draws from his time at Wine Cask, Bacara Resort & Spa, Pebble Beach Company, The Rosewood Miramar Beach, Santa Barbara City College Culinary Academy and The Bear and Star in Los Olivos. A third generation Santa Barbara native and part Chumash Indian, Jeremy’s love for Santa Barbara runs deep in his DNA.
